1. Countries with free shipping and parcel tax exemption: United States, Japan, EU countries, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Russia.

2. Free shipping but buyers need to clear customs and pay taxes: South American countries, Indonesia, South Africa, South Korea, Argentina, Chile, Switzerland, Norway, New Zealand, Ukraine, Vietnam, Israel.

4. If you live in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, it is recommended not to buy sex dolls under 140 cm. Sex dolls under 140 cm are confiscated at customs. Any losses caused by random inspections will be borne entirely by the buyer.

Typically, this happens because a lesser-known local Chinese courier is shipping your package internationally. These couriers do not have access to global courier tracking systems. When your products arrive in your country, they will be transferred to a more common courier such as DHL, fedex, UPS, etc. At this point, you will be able to follow the progress using your tracking number. 2. If you receive a package and find it is damaged, please take photos or videos immediately and refuse to accept its delivery. If you are unfortunate enough to have sign for the package before realizing it is damaged, please contact us ASAP. We will assist you in resolving this issue.

3. Due to various holidays in China and around the world, as well as earthquakes, wars and other force majeure, delivery delays may be beyond our control. In these cases, we will do our best to help you catch up with your courier.
